Refunzo is an Amazon FBA reimbursement platform operated by eStore Factory. Refunzo connects to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's SP-API authorization and runs a reconciliation across 21 checkpoints covering shipments, inventory, payments, fees, and refunds.
Reconciliation is provided free of charge with no obligation to file anything through Refunzo. If you opt into managed filing, Refunzo charges 15% of the amount Amazon credits to your bank account per case, capped at $5,000 per account, only once the payout lands. No fee is charged on cases you file yourself, and no fee is charged before Amazon pays out. See Pricing for the current fee structure.
You authorize Refunzo's access through Amazon's own OAuth flow and can revoke that access at any time from Seller Central. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cost and inventory data in your account, since claim outcomes depend on it. See Security for what's accessed and why.
Refunzo files, substantiates, and follows up on reimbursement cases, but Amazon decides whether a claim is approved, denied, or later reversed. Refunzo does not control and cannot guarantee Amazon's outcome on any case.
You can disconnect your account and stop using Refunzo at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term. Fees already earned on payouts that landed before disconnection remain due under section 2.
Refunzo is provided as a service to identify and pursue discrepancies on your behalf. To the extent permitted by law, Refunzo's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid Refunzo in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Refunzo may update these terms as the service or Amazon's own reimbursement policies change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
