What if my recovered amount changes after the case is filed? + −
The fee is calculated on the amount Amazon actually credits your bank, not the amount originally claimed, so a partial payout means a smaller fee.
Can I do some cases myself and hand others to Refunzo? + −
Yes. The DIY and managed paths run on the same report. File what you want yourself and send the rest to us.
Is there a minimum recovered amount to use the managed service? + −
No minimum, but below roughly $2,000 a year the commission usually isn't worth it compared with filing yourself.
