Refunzo, an Amazon FBA reimbursement platform by eStore Factory, collects only the Seller Central data needed to run reconciliation and, if you opt in, file reimbursement claims on your behalf: inventory, shipment, and adjustment reports, order and return data, settlement and fee data, and, only with managed filing, write access to log and follow up on reimbursement cases. Full detail on exactly what's requested and why lives on the Security page. We also collect the contact details you give us directly, such as your name and email when you connect an account or reach out through Contact us.
Refunzo never asks for or stores your Seller Central password. All access runs through Amazon's own SP-API OAuth authorization, which you can revoke at any time from Seller Central.
Account data is used to run the 21-checkpoint reconciliation, show you what Amazon owes, and, for managed filing, substantiate and file the case with Amazon. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you outside of Refunzo's own product.
Account and case data is kept for as long as your account is active, so historical claims stay auditable. You can disconnect and request deletion at any time through Contact us. We remove account data outside of what we're legally required to retain for financial recordkeeping.
Only the specialists actively working your filed cases. Nobody at Refunzo has standing access to accounts they aren't assigned to.
Refunzo uses carrier APIs (FedEx, UPS) for proof-of-delivery retrieval and standard cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. With offices in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, data may be processed in any of those regions in the course of running your account; a full sub-processor list is available on request through Contact us.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data we hold on your account at any time. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UK/EU GDPR or applicable US state privacy laws. Contact us to exercise any of these.
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
