Refunzo never sees your Seller Central password, and never needs to.

Every connection runs through Amazon's own SP-API authorization. You approve specific, limited data scopes, you can revoke them at any time from Seller Central, and nobody at Refunzo ever logs into your account directly.

What we ask for, and why

Inventory & reports Reads FBA inventory, shipment, and adjustment reports to run the 21 checkpoints. This is the core of the reconciliation.
Orders & returns Reads order and return data to match customer refunds against physical return receipts.
Finances Reads settlement and fee data to verify reimbursement amounts and detect fee overcharges.
Case management Write access limited to filing and following up on reimbursement support cases. Only granted if you opt into managed filing.

Data handling

Retention Account and case data is kept for as long as your account is active, so historical claims stay auditable. Deleted on request, see below.
Who can see it Only the specialists actively working your filed cases. Nobody has standing access to accounts they aren't assigned to.
Seller Central login Never required, and never requested. All access runs through the SP-API OAuth scopes above.
Sub-processors Carrier APIs (FedEx, UPS) for proof-of-delivery retrieval, and standard cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. Full list published on request.
Deletion Disconnect and request deletion at any time from Contact us. We remove account data outside of what we're legally required to retain for financial recordkeeping.

Compliance posture

Refunzo is an Amazon SPN Software Partner and an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner. We do not currently hold a SOC 2 certification. If independent certification matters for your account, GETIDA publishes one and it's a legitimate reason to weigh it against Refunzo's fee structure. Access is scoped through Amazon's own SP-API OAuth model rather than a shared login, which limits exposure independent of that certification.
