You request inventory out of FBA and it arrives short, damaged, or never arrives, with no automatic reimbursement issued.

Inventory & storage
03
Warehouse-damaged inventory ~60 days

Units received in good condition are later marked damaged during storage, picking or packing. Usually reimbursed at Amazon’s estimated value unless you supply real cost.

Returns & refunds
04
Customer-damaged returns ~60 days

A return arrives damaged, gets graded unsellable, then is restocked as sellable anyway — or the damage is charged to you with no matching credit.

→
05
Missing returns ~60 days

The customer is refunded, but the physical unit is never scanned back into your inventory. Matched by order ID against the refunds report.

→
Fees & overcharges
