Lost inbound shipments

A shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier but Amazon's receiving count comes in short, or an entire shipment never gets logged as received at all.

Where to spot it Shipment tracking report, and the Received vs. Shipped quantity columns in the Manage FBA Shipments view.
Claim window Roughly 60 days from the shipment's Closed date.
Evidence Amazon accepts Carrier proof of delivery, the original shipment plan, and the bill of lading or carrier manifest showing unit counts.
Why claims get denied Missing or unreadable proof of delivery, unit counts that don't match the original shipment plan, filing after the window closes.
How to appeal Resubmit with a carrier-signed delivery receipt and a unit-by-unit reconciliation against the shipment plan.
How Refunzo automates it

Refunzo retrieves proof of delivery directly from the carrier and matches it against your shipment plan before filing, so the case starts with the evidence attached.
